Actually what we’re building here with MyAmlou is a marketplace of people who wants to be guests or hosts of home cooked meals and who is passionate of products from the Moroccan soil.
MyAmlou aims at connecting people all around the world to experience a moment of conviviality and sharing around any type of food as soon as it promotes a product of the Moroccan soil.
At the age of social networks, host tables at the inhabitant and the enthusiasm of travelers and visitors who are passionate about the products of the Moroccan soil, MyAmlou was created.
Hosts are passionate, creative cooks and lovers of the products of the Moroccan culinary terroir. The hosts are ready to share a dish at their own place with guests they do not know but with people they are glad to meet because they want to share and to talk about their taste, their passion and their cuisine for products of the Moroccan soil.

How does it work ?
If you are a traveler, or a visitor for example, interested in joining a meal with a local, simply download MyAmlou app, search available tables in the area you will be visiting, find a meal and aproduct you would be interested in eating, contact MyAmlou Host, book the meal and enjoy!
If you are interested in being a cook for a meal, create a profile, fill up your table dashboard with all of your best meal suggestions, respond to any messages from people interested in your meals, accept a booking, cook and attend! During the meal, be sure to ask questions, listen, learn, and have fun!

I launched this project to use it both as a host and as a guest because I love amlou, one of the emblematic products of the Morroccan soil, and sharing, travelling and eating well!
It's also to offer for food lovers, travelers a unique experience to discover and share a product of the Moroccan soilI ! I want to bring together people from all backgrounds around a dish with a product of the Moroccan soil so they can discover it in an authentic way and so they can learn to cook it through different recipe. Guests cooks thus have the opportunity to share their dish with passionate, curious people in search of a unique dining experience.

Few words about me: I was born in Casablanca, originating from the Souss region, Tamazirt, and I grew up in Paris. I studied social and economic sciences in Paris at La Sorbonne and in Brussels at Solvay Business School. I have been working in the field of international cooperation and development for 7 years. Now I have been involved in the education sector as a teacher in the public sector in France where I live. I have also been trained in agroecology, a cross-disciplinary field that links the study of agriculture with ecology. I believe in the importance of producing and eating locally.
